The Balearics are stunning; and I love Ibiza and Formentera. From May the weather improves and the waters of the Med start to turn to those amazing turquoise, greens and blues.
There are lots of places to stay, from upscale boutique hotels like Can XuXu with its Balinese design influences to BoHo chic guest houses like Can Domo.
