Last year I was fortunately enough to eat twice at The Conservatorium Hotel Amsterdam. This über-lux property, once conservatory of music, provides a historic setting with plenty of contemporary styling, that perfectly complements Schilo’s restaurants – The Brassarie, the Tunes Bar and Taiko.
This is a place setting from a lunch Schilo and his team created to mark Amsterdam’s Open Gardens Weekend last June.
